Terms and Conditions for Free VR Goggle Tests

1. Purpose of the Tests Meta Quest VR goggles are provided to clients for the purpose of testing software created by BHP VR sp. z o. o. The tests are free of charge and aim to demonstrate the potential of using VR technology for Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training.

2. Duration of the Tests The client may use the goggles for 5 business days from the moment of delivery. After this period, the device must be returned according to the procedure described in section 3. The start and end dates of the test period are specified in the email sent to the client prior to receiving the goggles.

3. Return of the Goggles The goggles must be returned on time by placing them in an InPost parcel locker, using the return label included with the shipment.

  • It is possible for a courier to collect the goggles, following a prior arrangement with an employee of BHP VR.

  • Please pack the goggles along with the included accessories (e.g., charger) in a way that ensures safe transport (in accordance with the provided instructions). The return of marketing materials (leaflets, catalogs, etc.) is not required. Failure to return the goggles on time, without arranging it with a BHP VR employee, may result in additional charges.

4. Rules for Using the Goggles

  • The goggles are provided for testing purposes only.

  • The goggles are not intended for, and their use is prohibited during, commercial training sessions, corporate events, including events such as Safety Days.

5. Responsibility for the Equipment The client agrees to take care of the provided equipment and its accessories. In the event of damage to or loss of the goggles or their components (e.g., the charger), the client may be charged for the cost of repair or the purchase of a new device. Any technical problems or damage must be reported to our company immediately. In the case of an improper return (e.g., failure to secure the goggles against damage, incorrect application of the return label, resulting in damage to or loss of the shipment), the client may be held financially liable.

6. Delivery and Return Costs The costs of shipping and returning the goggles are covered by BHP VR. The client will not incur any transport fees, provided that the return rules are followed.

7. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions Using the goggles as part of the test constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
