Mass-casualty Incident: First Aid is an immersive VR simulation for Meta Quest 3S that places the user at the heart of a mass-casualty urban accident. Following a bus crash, the participant must stay calm, assess the situation, call for help, and provide first aid to those in need using the START triage system.
The experience allows users to interact using only their hands and voice, making every action feel natural and intuitive. Inside the wrecked bus, they must respond to a developing emergency, make critical decisions under pressure, and ultimately communicate the situation to the arriving emergency responders.
A realistic soundscape and dynamic events recreate the stress and urgency of a real rescue operation, while keeping the experience safe and free from graphic imagery.
